SITE DESIGN Necucap has designed this site to be completely user friendly, and to furnish a link/access to home pages of all four year colleges and universities in the United States and Canada, plus community colleges, technical institutions and junior colleges that have established an Internet presence. For those institutions that have not yet established an Internet presence, they are listed also. The layout simplifies the locate and connect time for the anticipated main users of this site. High school students, their parents, as well as guidance counselors and teachers will find this site fast and simple to use.
